Over 500 years since he was killed in battle, archaeologists believe they have finally found the skeleton of King Richard III, buried deep beneath a council car park.

If, as seems to be the case, the body is of Richard III then he shoud be afforded a suitable burial in either Windsor Castle or Westminster Abbey.

He was the last of the Plantagenet dynasty and the last King of England to die in battle.
