Chemical and physical castration to 2nd time child molesting offenders.

2nd offence charge will essentially remove the innocent party from the equation, and still prevent the cruel abuse and torture of our nations youth.

It is a known fact that nearly all child molesters go on to offend repeatedly - this law will help end these offences to our children and send a clear message that we do NOT tolerate sexual abuse of children.

To help aid those with these urges that want to control themselves, free confidential therapy should be allowed to all who want it, as well as chemical castrating drugs on prescription from discreet sources.
