Rejected petition Put a time cap on PIP applications so dealt with in months rather than years...

Applications should be dealt with in weeks and never extend beyond 6 months from start to completion. Medical evidence from GP's and specialist should not require further medical or HP to see claimant. Where disabilities are disabling and painful then no medical should be required..

More details

MAKE these rules to stop discrimination by HP working for the Government from becoming about stopping some from getting the PIP due to personal preference rather than mandatory disabilities.
Disabilities like Osteo arthrities , rhuematoid arthritis and Fybromyalgia should not need a person to explain how it affects them. Medical evidence should be used and applied to these claims and the people who have these conditions automatically receive PIP; They only get worse and no cure. Very disabling..
