To prevent hgv drivers being paid bonus.This only encourages them to speed and take unesasary risks whitch endanger the general public and most of all other road userers.the worst of all are tipper drivers who mostly get paid by the load so the more they do the more they earn.whitch is the same for all drivers being paid bonus so this should be outlawed.
