Petition Dual Controls Vehicles only on Driving Tests

All vehicles used during driving tests should have dual controls fitted, for the health and safety of the Driving Examiner and the vehicle's MOT and insurance documents shown at start of test.

Hopefully this will reduce the days of sickness taken by Examiners due to accidents without dual controls in vehicles and thus reduce driving test fees.
