We the under-signed request that all planning applications that have been applied for by the owners of The Duke of Lancaster ship 'Funship', namely Mr John Rowley and Patricia Scott are investigated fully.
It is believed and highly publicised that there is documented evidence to prove that Councillors and Members of the planning Department of Flintshire County Council acted inappropriately and forced the closure of a viable business project that could have improved the economic standing of the area.
