For years the Tax officials have concentrated on easy targets, ordinary citizens, generating little extra revenue per prosecution. Today we hear increasingly of big companies saving billions by not paying tax. This should and must be stopped. For a period of three years the tax authorities should concentrate on closing loopholes and making big business pay a fair amount of tax.
