Closed petition Fraudulent Evidence used in Child Protection and Family Courts

I am asking the MOJ to make it a criminal offence and prosecute ANY professional that attempts to cause loss to a parent or parents or causes loss to a parent or parent in the following situations.

a) Uses child protection or its powers unreasonably, for example against a parent reporting suspected abuse, made complaints against the LA, or sought medical attention for their child.

b) A professional falsifies, withholds or misleads evidence, either orally or in writing, to any other professional or judge.

c) Provides an opinion to other professionals or judges that is unreasonable, contradicts actual research, not qualified to give an expert opinion, or cannot be supported with facts or evidence.

d) Professionals that engineers situations or acts in an unreasonable manner in an attempt to manipulate an outcome.

e) A judge ignores or does not take into consideration any evidence supplied by a parent or their legal team, that any of the above has been committed.
