The "English" premier league, yet a high percentage of players are foriegn, what chance does this give of english schoolboys making the grade, when on average some premier teams field anything from 7 to 10 players, managers are buying players abroad, when you can bet that there are english players in lower leagues who are just as good if not better.. i ask for the government to intervene with the F.A. and restrict each team to be allowed to play a maximum of 3 foriegn players for the duration of the 90 minutes
