While this may be the case for all the lucky people who actually pay for a service and receive it, most of us do not.
TalkTalk prey on low income families in a day and age where the internet is ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL.
Tisacali's 2012 revenue exceeded 170 Million Euros. So they can afford to give back.

I am asking the government to legally force Talktalk to refund in credit or cash, 6 months worth of standard broadband and line rental to ALL customers who have contacted TalkTalk more than 5 times and still not had the issue resolved.
