It will not be beneficial to the country to merely "Cap immigration", rather we should use the principle of positive immigration, to ensure that only those who can contribute to society & the economy should be allowed to become a true British citizen. It should then help to renew an element of the benefit system which should consequently mean we as taxpayers should no longer have to take the brunt of government cuts. Isn't it about time the Government stood up to immigration?
