Drivers who hog the middle lane of a 3 lane motorway create frustration in others, unsafe driving conditions, cause accidents and cost this country untold £m's in hidden costs by obliging our Government to widen motorways unnecessarily. I propose that a crack down is undertaken and the law changed such that if an offender is prosecuted 3 times for this offence then the death penalty is applied on the three strikes and they're out principle.
