make it illegal for insurance companies asking about non related motoring convictions when applying for motor insurance,in this day and age you can have a criminal conviction for the most minor thing and if you do not tell your insurance company and make a claim your insurance will be null and void and you could be prosecuted for fraud for not disclosing the information.
