I propose to allow people to retire before the state retirement age and take a reduced state pension for part or all of their remaining life.This proposel,if implemented,would release many jobs back into the work market.
I believe this would be an incentive to people with private/company pensions to retire earlier.
If done on a voluntary basis this would not be a disincentive to those wishing to work past the retirement age.
I believe releasing jobs back into the work market should be one of the governments main priorities.
