Signatories to this petition request, as stated above that Waitrose reinstate Béarnaise sauce to their product line.

Signatories to this petition enjoy Béarnaise sauce, and feel that Waitrose Béarnaise sauce made an excellent addition to a home cooked steak. For those of us mortals who can not create Béarnaise sauce to the same standard, this is a serious threat to the enjoyment of the post work evening time steak.

We request that Waitrose recognise the demand for their Béarnaise sauce and reinstate it. If Waitrose feels they sell too many sauces, we suggest they remove Peppercorn sauce and reinstate Béarnaise sauce in its place.
