the UK must change its relationship with the crown dependencies by an "Act of Union" (similar with the 1707, 1536, and 1801) with Jersey, Guernsey, and the Island of Man

this would dramatically reduce the number of tax loopholes that loose the government £40 Billion a year (at a conservative estimate). this could also be extended to the British overseas territories. as many are famous for their tax avoidance potential. (the Virgin Island, Caiman Island, the Bahamas)
