Petition revisit all child sexual abuse cases
More details
Many case of child sexual abuse have been closed not because of a lack of evidence but simple because the law does not think a young child would be believed by a jury in a court of Law. This is wrong and all victims of sexual abuse should be given the right to justice. We believe that all closed case's should be looked at again and the action that should of been taken in the first place should take place now. It is never to late to give families justice.
