Make a immigration system that has a green card needed for all permanent resident holders.
- For immigrants that want to get permanent residency, must first apply for residency. After residency, they need to apply for green card.
- A Green card holder can legally work and live in the UK permanently.
- Green card should also be carried by residents and citizens at all times.
- Immigration officers should be put on the streets in major towns and cities in UK.

Green card can easily stop illegals and easily deport illegals.
