Josie Cunningham had a breast implant surgery of the NHS for free. She went to her doctors and falsely claimed she was depressed so she could receive it for free. This is an abuse of the system. The £4,800 could have gone to a cancer patient or go to some having a life saving operation! Make her repay. She is a fraud!
