Closed Government to create an Elephant Sanctuary called BenElelephant!

The Government should create a benevolent home for old and sick Elephants from around the world.

This would provide a safe home from all the poachers in developing countries and provide a fantastic educational resource and income from tourism. Benelephant should be many tens of thousands of acres in size so that the Elephants would feel completely free to live out their days in peace. Visitors would tour the park via a monorail system, getting off to experience the elephants up close at various feeding, watering, painting areas.
