Call for specialist help for the growing numbers of 50+ unemployed persons similar to that for 18-23.
Many individuals are finding themselves made redundant, etc in their 50s with 15-20 years working life left and needing to build up their pension funds. Many, however, find it extremely difficult to find work due to agism, etc, even though their is anti-agism legislation on the statute books.
