I would like to recommend that all residential & recreational trampolines be positioned to a minimum of of 1.5 metres away from any neighbouring boundaries.

This would then ensure that neighbouring properties retained a small amount of privacy within their own gardens & houses. Which in turn would prevent further disputes for the future.
