Petition Womens rights to sterilisation

Every woman has the right to choose on what contraception they can have, but many women opt for sterilisation so why does womens rights stop when they choose for that method, many women have at some point come across a situation where the consultant doesnt want to know and refuses to do sterilisation because of age, how many children they have or dont have and relationship status.
Why should a man be able to get a vasectomy easily regardless of age how many children they have and relationship status dont all women have they right to.

We need the government to pass a law giving women more rights into having sterilisation and make all hospitals and doctors listen and give us the right to have sterilisation regardless of our situation and if they want it reversing then they should be charged .
