I fail to understand why investors are allowed to continue to purchase houses to rent out and make a profit, while others are in desperate need.
If people were only allowed one house, in which they had to live, then property prices would drop and enable those wanted to purchase a more affordable option than being exploited by money grabbing landlords.

Owning or renting a property should be within every reasonable persons grasp.

If rental properties are required then these should be organized by councils and not outsourced to companies out to make a profit
Homes built for rental should stay rental and not be for sale.

Obtaining a property should be a right and profiting from them should be outlawed. Houses are homes and not an financial investment.
