Petition forbid governments keyword of phrase filtering media searches

This patition is for the government (or opposition) to bring and pass and act that would forbid all current and future governments from filtering, preventing or overwise censoring searches or content for all types of media, past, present or future based on keywords or phrases, spoken utternaces or any other form of language, past, present or future.

Because the very same words and phrases that may return material that is illegal (copyright, pornography, political/religious opposition etc...) are the exact same words and phrases that you would use to find ligitimate material such as research, news articles, court records etc..

For instance searching fo Jimmy Savil or one of the many child sex offender MPs or say statutory rape between a 15 year 6 month year old and a 16 year 1 month year old. You may want to use some or all of the following words:
video, rape, child, torture,sex,pictures, abuse etc.
and a few they wouldn't let me post!
