If you do not have a uk Driving licence or have come to this country and not applied for a uk Licence.
Then you are imune from the law!

In the uk you can only be find £200, have six points put on your licence(you do not have yet) and have your vehicle taken away, for the offences of driving with no licence, insurance, tax or mot.

If you do not have a licence the points just add up every time you get caught.

The law can not do any more.
If you do this a second you should be sent to prison for this offence.
