Legalise production of cannabis extracts for use in e-cigarette cartridges.

By licensing production and ensuring a minimum standard of cannabinoid content of the extract, the consumer will receive a safe, high quality product. Licensing production will also allow appropriate taxes to be applied to the cartridges.

This will encourage more smokers to convert to e-cigarettes, thus cutting the tar-related lung damage from traditional cannabis roll-ups cigarettes.

This will also provide access for those patients who believe cannabis will help their medical conditions.
