They are only being used by Goverment Bureaucrats in order to create a repressive nanny state environment to curtail Free Speech online.
Your money is being wasted on PC's who do nothing all day but watch Twitter and Tacebook and have a laugh at your expense and create criminals out of people who have no use for their' brains' but aimless chit chat.
Free Speech is no Free when you can be jailed for doing it !
