Petition FACEBOOK needs CONTROL for FAKE accounts and MINOURS and EXPLICIT CONTENT

FACEBOOK site not only for the genuine people but the FAKE,DANGEROUS and CORRUPTED.
Their are many FAKE accounts, these FAKE accounts are open to public displaying content of PORNOGRAPHY, CRUELTY, GRIEVOUS BODILY HARM.
YOUNG UNDER AGE CHILDREN are able to open accounts.
Young Children are the main vulnerable people on the site.
Reporting fake members accounts to Facebook does not solve the issue, in return Facebook sends replies stating they viewed the members account and I have a choice to ASK the Facebook user to remove the contents or to BLOCK the member so I don't see the profile?
Very disturbing knowing that these accounts are acceptable on Facebook?
What other accounts and groups are open and out of control with illegal and adult content?

The solution to this problem is to have social networking sites to be only opened by adults who have a credit card registered to the account or have ID uploaded to the account.
