As licences are required to transmit information on our air-waves, then we should require all organisations to ensure that ALL contributions are traceable. All registered user should be capable of identification by having a 'name' which is traceable, and the contributer can then be identified.
Supreme control has been demonstrated by other nations, and the ultimate decision must therefore lie with the host nations government.
