Closed Kingston Communications Limited Hull (Karoo)

We would like the goverment to look into why no other internet providers come into Hull
Residents of Kingston Upon Hull have no other options but to use Karoo for broadband.
As no other provider seem's able apart from mobile broadband to setup a service in our area, we seem to have all choices taken from us for cheeper and faster broadband .
Please help to get other providers into Hull other than Kc
If we had a choice of providers not only would we get faster and cheeper broadband in Hull Kc would have to raise the game to compete.
