The award of Employment and Support Allowance should not be restricted to 365 days especially if people suffer from degenerative conditions such as MS, Parkinson's Disease, Rheumatoid Arthritis or Cystic Fibrosis to name but a few. These conditions will not disappear or simply just vanish after the 365 day period.

People suffering from any degenerative condition have enough to worry about without the added worry of having their benefits stopped completely. In this instance, the government should show compassion.
