Closed Ensure all payments for the Fix your Bike Voucher Scheme are made within 17 days

As stated by The Energy Saving Trust, payment for the work done should be as follows: “Downloads of claims will happen weekly by Energy Saving Trust with payment made within 5 working days of download (+ 3 to 5 working days for BACS)”

Hundreds of bike shops have not received payment. The Government should ensure that all bike shops making claims under this scheme receive payment in no more than 17 days (one week to download claims plus 5 working days to issue payment plus 5 working days for BACS).
