Closed Stop mopeds below 125cc and cyclists on A-roads

I would like the government to disallow the use of Mopeds and pushbikes on A roads.

Due to the dire consequence of the repercussions of an accident between vehicles and mopeds and cyclists on A roads.

Time and time again, fatality after fatality that a vehicle unable to travel at speeds greater than 30 MPH with a single rear light with no fail safe.

Vehicles that have no road presence, blind hills and corners, a 70 mph speed limit is no place for vehicles incapable of travelling half that speed. It is dangerous.
