Rejected petition educe the number of foreign players in the Premiership and distribute revenue equally to all Clubs

We the undersigned believe that the English Football Premiership has had a negative effect on English & Welsh Football as a whole.
Between 1899 and 1991 twenty three different clubs won the English Football Championship
Between 1992 to 2012 only 5 different clubs have won the title in the top tier of English Football.
WE; the people who support football clubs at every level want to make the sport fairer to all clubs involved; stop the ongoing decline of the National Teams and the sport as a whole in the country of it's birth, by reducing the number of foreign players in the English Premier League and for sponsorship and TV revenues to be distributed more equally across all English and Welsh football clubs.
WE Petition that the Government demands the Premier League and Football Association reduce the number of foreign players in the English Premier League by at least 50% and that sponsorship and TV revenues are distributed more equally across all English and Welsh football clubs.
