Closed Give free bus passes to ALL in England at age 60

In London (and Wales) Free bus passes are given at age 60. Other parts of the England you have to wait until the Female State Pension age. The age should be standardised at age 60

It is grossly unfair that People living in London and a number of other locations receive free concessionary travel at age 60. Not just on buses but on Underground and rail services too. The rest of the country have to wait until the female retirement age.
