Government should help musicians who rely on contracted guaranteed fees by paying lost income for all full agreed fees to artists amidst the Coronavirus restrictions.

Myself and many colleagues and friends have lost their entire income due to the restrictions that prevent us from working. The Government should support those with contracted engagements with guaranteed fees by paying the stated fees to the artists. Many people have lost their lives savings and have no way of finding new work to make up for this.
