Closed Free 30 hours childcare to start from the child's 3rd birthday not a term after

Childcare for children after the age of 3 is supported with 30 hours in childcare settings. However, this is not a fair system because it is not initiated until the term after the child's 3rd birthday so some children and families will miss out on months of support due to the date they were born.

Enable free 30 hours to be initiated from the child's 3rd birthday rather than the following term.
