Closed Make it compulsory to put lights on when driving on motorways when it is raining

Change the law to make it compulsory for motorists to put lights on whilst driving in the rain on all UK motorways.

Because there is a massive safety issue whilst driving in the rain during the day with no lights on. The spray from big vehicles is a major hazard. If some vehicles are not showing lights it is sometimes very hard to see them.
