Closed Fund fertility awareness courses on the NHS as a method of birth control

This would give people who aren’t able to use contraception for health reasons the option to be taught the fertility awareness method of birth control for free by a qualified instructor on the NHS.

The NHS provides many options for hormonal contraception (and one non hormonal) to people in the UK free of charge. Whilst most are able to use them without issue, some are unable to because of health reasons and serious side effects.

The Sympto-Thermal Method when taught by an instructor can be as effective as other forms of birth control, but prices of an instructor are not affordable for many people. Give people who have no other option a safe and effective method of contraception.
