The prescription charge in England currently stands at £9.15 per item. This means a month's supply of medication to manage mental health can cost £9.15. Prescriptions for mental health medication are already free in other parts of the UK.

There are many obstacles to people seeking help for their mental health. Financial burden should not be one of them. People should not have to choose between saving money and saving their life. This petition can help make mental health treatment through medication more accessible.
