Closed Make causing nuisance noise a criminal offence

We would like excessive noise to be made a criminal offence that can be dealt with by the Police, and we have somewhere to turn when we have work the next day and the neighbours have no decency and are so selfish that they care for no other persons about their behaviour - Which is antisocial.

Because it is a basic human right to expect to be safe and happy in our own homes.
Our homes are the sanctuary which we return to after work to put are feet up. Invite family and friends over to socialise. Our safe haven.

To have inconsiderate neighbours making excessive noise makes your home a place you no longer want to be. A place you dread returning to. A place you start to spend more and more time away from. A place you no longer want to be.
