Closed Allow the return of competitive contact matches within grass roots rugby

So that grass roots rugby clubs can play their competitive season league games and allow for full contact training to help enhance the skill level for there players

This could save a lot of grass roots teams from having to shut down and will give many people across the country there sense of belonging back as a rugby club is more then a club it is many peoples way to get involved in something
