Closed Implement full 6-week lockdown including closure of shops and businesses

The Government should minimise people leaving their home by requiring all shops and businesses to close, and controlled home delivery of essential goods. Only hospitals should be allowed to remain open.

Leaving the home should be prohibited except for certain essential reasons, such as attending a hospital or involvement of delivery of essential goods.

This should significantly reduce the rate of transmission of Covid-19.
