provide grants to businesses who have had to take out a bounce back loan under 30k, to allow them to repay the loans. Small business have had to take these loans to make sure they didn’t go under durning the first lockdown. Most companies were probably hoping that the world would be back to normal.

Small businesses will struggle with these loans, people have put time and effort into creating something for themselves and building a company for it to fall apart around them. People took these loans hoping that everything would have been back to normal by now. Business owners had to take LOANS and not get given grants like most employed and self employed personnel which in turn adds pressure to the company and will take them ( if they survive ) 6 years plus to repay.
