I would like to petition for a change to the way the whole benefits system works when a spouse has passed away. In my oppinion this whole process could be made much less stressfull if it were all dealt with by your local Benefits office.

I propose the following changes,

Any bereavement payments/allowances, Benefits changes and or funeral allowances dealt with in one apointment at a pre arranged time and date at your local benefits office.

In my oppinion this would alleviate a great deal of stress and hardship at this already difficult time.
