We request that the Government holds true to its election pledge that no front line services will be cut and they halt the closure of Dronfield Fire Station or indeed any strategic Derbyshire Fire Stations and any job cuts within the Derbyshire Fire & Rescue Service being imposed by Central Government cost saving measures, and also looks at the local proposals for North East Derbyshire and the wider community of Derbyshire in the excessive expenditure and in proper use of tax payers money.
