Raise the universal credit benefit cap by £1000

Approximately 150,000 families are currently subject to the Universal Credit benefit cap resulting in the additional covid protection payment being made but then immediately deducted resulting in a descrimination between support to the most vunerable who already recieve deductions on what is viewed supporting system.
