Closed Detention of Greenpeace activists by Russia

The UK Government is hereby requested to apply all necessary pressure on the Russian authorities to immediately release from detention the 30 Greenpeace activists held in prison for peacefully protesting against the Russian oil drilling operation in the Arctic Sea. In addition to release the vessel 'Arctic Sunrise' currently held illegally in Murmansk after being seized in international waters and to make financial reparation to Greenpeace for all damage caused.
