Closed Allow soft play centres to open under Tier 3 restrictions

Soft play centres should be grouped alongside gyms and allowed to remain open under tier 3 restrictions from December, as long as they are shown to be Covid safe.

Soft play centres are there to allow children and babies to exercise and develop in a secure and safe environment. The tier 3 restrictions are going to force these places to close permanently if something isn't done soon to save them.
